White Crane RouQuan Dao - an exercise suggested for health care!!

From my experience, when a person after 45 years old, they need to take good care of the following five items to keep themselves healthy:

1. DIETS REINFORCEMENT

2. EXERCISES REINFORCEMENT

3. SPIRITS REINFORCEMENT

4. REGULAR SLEEP & REST

5. TOXINS CLEANSING

Among 5 of them, I specially suggest to practice CHINESE MARTIAL ART & QIGONG when you are executing EXERCISES REINFORCEMENT. Actually, except QIGONG, YOGA, AEROBIC EXERCISE, PILATES are also great from my experience!!
